Looks pretty nice. Do the small holes near the edge of the door threshold mean you are keeping those metal step plates that cover the bottom of the door rubber? I haven't put mine on yet and I seem to be catching all kInds of leaves and dirt in those open "gutters". Did you add any extra "drainage" holes in that area or just seal it all up with liner?

Might put something for a plate on, not sure about using the stock ones though.

I just sprayed the channel to seal it, not a great place to drain water out of being I still have intact torsion boxes.

Got color!

Nothing to exciting I guess but at least the base is down.

Going to need one more cover coat to make for good even coverage, spraying a lite color over the black liner took a lot.

I have to laugh. You've done all this amazing work on your truck, but look at your garage ... where's the siding?

I don't think I'd run it alone without a top coat of paint if it was to be used as a bedliner.

I scuffed it some just climbing around trying to spray under the dash, maybe it wasn't cured 100%...dunno.

Kurt,

You have got to be SO psyched to see color on that tub......!!!!

What a great feeling (I'm guessing) to be at the paint stage of a build.

Impressive for sure, I'd love to see a shot when it's completely dry in the sunshine to really bask in it's brightness. I'll put on some sunscreen first.

Maybe you should start a poll:

Should I install garage siding next or keep building the truck and posting build photos....and of course the nekkid option.

Tell ya the truth, it feels almost wrong some how to be spraying paint at this point in the build with SO much left to still do.

Think I'm going with a matt finish in the clear on the floor.
